• THIS IS AN INTENSE PG-13 EXPERIENCE and is NOT recommended for players under the age of 14.

  • Is this scary? It is not for the faint of heart. The experience is designed to be intense and there may be some exciting surprises along the way.

  • If the participant(s) are 16 years of age or younger, a chaperone MUST BE PRESENT upon pick-up and must go through the experience with them.

  • How much does it cost? The cost for our public game is $30 per player. The ENTIRE experience can be booked for $240 for up to Eight [8] players. Private party rates are listed below.

  • Can it accommodate more than [8] players? No, 8 is the MAXIMUM amount of players able to participate.

  • What is the difference between Private and Public reservations? The private party option is good for corporate or celebratory groups who would need to play outside of our normal public hours. Additionally, your team has the ENTIRE facility to themselves. The cost for this is $40/person.

  • Need a meeting space as well? We have you covered. $100/hour to enjoy our beautiful open office space.

  • Where is the online waiver? Right here!

  • Is there a minimum number of players required? Yes, you will need to have a group of at least 3 people.

  • Can we pay separately? You sure can, you will need to give us a call (800)282-3169 and we will need to place a card on file to hold your event in the event of a no-show or cancellation made within LESS than 48 hours of your experience.

  • If I don't feel comfortable with VR, may I still play? While the VR portion of the experience is a large part of what makes the Dark Raven Museum experience unique, you are not necessarily required to participate in that portion. However, you'll miss out on some incredible, groundbreaking technology. We have had a few participants that suffer from motion sickness who had no problem with the VR. You will need at least 3 members of your party to use the VR sets in order to advance through the experience.

  • Do you have corporate/private party packages? Yes! All of corporate package includes private access to the experience and our gorgeous open-air meeting space. These private events run outside of our normal public hours. (Note: Private party time slots do not show up in our "Tickets" tab.)

  • Are private evening packages available? Yes! Monday through Friday. Please phone us for details.

  • Food and Drink? While we do not currently offer on-site catering, the adventure will begin and end at Legend Brewery, wherein you may purchase anything from the bar or kitchen.

  • When are you open? Our reservations are open to the public (able to be booked online) on:

    • Wednesday: 3:30PM-6:30PM

    • Thursday and Friday: 3:30PM-8PM

    • Saturday and Sunday: 11AM-8PM

  • How physical is this? You will want to wear comfortable clothing. There is crouching and crawling involved in the experience.

  • How many folks can fit in the experience? The Dark Raven Museum can accommodate a MAXIMUM of 8 players.

  • Are cell phones allowed in the room? No. You will be asked to leave your phone in a bin for the duration of the game, so as to keep our secrets, secret.

  • Is there anything else I should bring? You may be required to read text as a part of some of our clues, so if you require reading glasses we suggest bringing those. It can be chilly from time to time in our experiences so a sweater might be advisable if you're susceptible to the cold.

  • How long does this take? The experience will last 2 hours from pick-up time at Legend Brewery to drop-off back at the brewery. Players should arrive at least 15 minutes in advance of their scheduled play time.

  • What if I can't make it due to inclement weather? Safety is our number one priority when it comes to our guests and our team. During inclement weather events we will occasionally bend the rules of our cancellation policy. Give us a call at (800) 282-3169 and we can reschedule your event for you.

  • How does the ticketing work? Tickets are purchased online. Online bookings are made securely through Authorize and require Credit or Debit Card information at the time of purchase. Each game has a maximum number of tickets that can be purchased for each session. Tickets purchased within 4 hours of a room's start time will need to be reserved over the phone, as they will be blocked off on the website. Alternatively, you can give us a call at (800) 282-3169 and we will set up your reservation over the phone.

  • Are tickets refundable? No. Tickets purchased online are non-refundable upon purchase. You can however, change the date and time of your booking if it is more than 48 hours in advance.

  • How far out can I purchase a ticket? Sessions are available for bookings 3 months in advance. If you are interested in a date farther than 3 months out, please call us at (800) 282-3169 for assistance.

  • Can I purchase all of the tickets for my group at once? Yes. Select the maximum amount of tickets available for the room. The session will then be under one person’s name.

  • Is there an age limit? Yes, the suggested age to play the game is 14 years old or more. The experience is INTENSE, difficult and created with the intent to stump, challenge, and surprise players! If the participant(s) are BELOW the age of 16, a chaperone is REQUIRED to accompany them.

  • I am purchasing fewer tickets than maximum available for the experience. Does that mean the remaining slots are filled by other guests? Yes. You may be placed into a group with other guests if your team does not fill the maximum.

  • What if my group and I want the whole experience to ourselves? Easy! If you want the whole experience, you can buy out all the extra seats, or give us a call and we can set up a private event for you and your team Monday thru Friday.

  • What happened to the available time slot on the reservations page! Our booking software automatically removes the experience 4 hours before it's start-time. So if you are making a last minute booking give us a call at (800) 282-3169 and we can arrange your booking over the phone.
